Miracle Garden

As is often the case with Dubai, many attractions and buildings are planned on a grand scale, and the Miracle Garden is no different. This incredible display boasts over 45 million blooming flowers made up from 45 species. The parks offers impressive floral displays in all shapes and sizes. It has even been rewarded a place in the Guinness Book of Records for the world’s ‘largest vertical garden’. As you walk around this tranquil oasis, you will be forgiven for forgetting you are in the middle of the bustling metropolis of Dubai. For as far as the eye can see, carpets of flowers and impressive floral designs will capture your imagination. The displays change from season to season but you can see everything from maypoles, alleyways, houses and windmills, to animals, cars and landscaped parks. It is a memorable sight of vibrant displays so make sure you bring you camera for great photo opportunities.

The Butterfly Garden

The Butterfly Garden covers 4,000 square meters made up of nine domes, making it one of the largest of its kind in the world. In each dome, you will find butterflies of all shapes and sizes. In total, there are 24 species feeding of the vibrant plant life that features here. This is the perfect attraction for kids to learn about the cycle of the butterfly. It is also home to the world’s first Butterfly and Insect Museum.

Dubai Miracle Garden is a flourishing recreational space in the middle of an arid desert landscape. It is open in the evenings as well as during the day. The evening is the time to visit as the air temperature is a bit cooler. Be aware that the garden is not open year round so it is best to check they are open before you plan a visit.
