The Stay 2 Nights Save 20% offer ("Promotion")  is available for new reservations at participating Park Inn® hotels in the U.S. and Canada for Eligible Stays arriving between June 25, 2009 through January 31, 2010 ("Promotion Dates").
• An Eligible Stay is defined as a booking for a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of three (3) consecutive weekend nights (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) that includes a Saturday night stay at the same hotel for which the consumer specifically requested the Promotion via phone or on-line at the time of the reservation.
• Guest who books and pays for an Eligible Stay will receive 20% off the standard rate for each night of the Eligible Stay.
• Only standard rooms (single or double occupancy) are eligible for the Promotion.
• Extra person charges may apply if exceeding double occupancy.
• 3 day advance reservation is required.
• Rates for each night may vary.
• Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other package, promotion, group or convention rate, or any other discounted rate.
• Participating hotels are subject to change without notice and the number of rooms available for this Promotion at participating hotels may be limited.
• Hotel amenities are subject to change and availability without notice at any time.
• Park Inn reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue these terms and conditions or the Promotion with or without notice.
• Void where prohibited by law.
