Diversity & Inclusion Committee Carlson Hotels Worldwide employees celebrate diversity through the Diversity & Inclusion Committee, which was established to help cultivate a culture of inclusion by promoting education and awareness through quarterly events:

- Religion and Spirituality Forum
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Celebration
- June Pride Month
Diversity Training All employees participate in diversity training providing a forum for dialogue around the elements of diversity and inclusion. The training gives employees the tools to understand their role and to use a filter of inclusion in their everyday work. Training is an ongoing process.
