Rates above are for a standard room with two double beds. There is typically an additional fee of $10.00 plus applicable taxes per night per room for an upgrade to a deluxe view room with two double beds or a king room. For an upgraded king view room, add $20.00 and Junior Suites $30.00 plus taxes per night per room. Extra person/cot is $20.00 additional per night. Rates are based on availability and subject to close out dates and applicable taxes, currently 14.24%
Suites: The hotel has a total of six Junior Suites available at the BC Film & Entertainment rate. They all have a kitchenette with a full size fridge. Long-term stay rates are also available for suites based on availablity.
Parking: Parking is currently available at $12.50 CAD including taxes per night (subject to change) for each vehicle parked at the hotel and is available for over weight vehicles up to GVW of 5000lbs or 2250kg.
Long- term stay rates: The hotel have long term stay rates available for consecutive stays of 14 and 30 nights stays.
