This multi-functional arena plays host to concerts by world-renowned artists & large sporting events such as world championships, speedway, equestrian events just to name a few. Football fans can look forward to exciting football matches, national games between Sweden and Norway, and international competitions, such as UEFA Woman’s championships and more. Most importantly, it hosts the Swedish national football team and AIK (Allmänna Idrottsklubben). The retractable roof allows the stadium to adapt to all weather.
Guided tours are available of Friends Arena on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tours last about 45 minutes and visitors can go behind the scenes including the dressing rooms, VIP areas and the press area.
