The upcoming Sochi Light Metro will run 86 kilometres along the coast, creating a direct, easy connection from Sochi to the airport and through the mountains to Krasnaya Polyana.

• Improvements to the Tuapase to Adler railroad will increase its capacity as well as the number of routes throughout the area.
