The hotel’s restaurant, Salt&Pepper, serves you Scandinavian gastronomy with an international inspiration. We maintain the original Danish traditions in the art of cooking in interaction with new tendencies. We believe it is important to maintain traditions as well as being up-to-date. Besides an interesting menu we also offer conference and group menus in addition to daily service and upon requests. The restaurant has room for 250 seated people for lunch. The wine menu has a variety of classical wine matching the food.
Moreover the hotel has a lounge bar where guests can choose in between a glass of wine, wide selection of spirits, local beer and delicious cocktails or they can simply gather for a quick bite and a genuine laugh.
