• The Hot Deals (“Offer”) is available for Eligible Bookings made between 1st December 2012 and 17th February 2013 for stays at participating Radisson^®, Radisson Blu, Country Inns & Suites By Carlson^SM, Park Inn by Radisson^® and Park Plaza^® hotels in Asia Pacific (“Participating Hotels”) .
• Stays at the Participating Hotels shall commence at any time from 16th December 2012 and shall be completed not later than– 31st December 2013.
• Blackout dates may apply and may vary at each Participating Hotel.
• An Eligible Booking is defined as a reservation for a stay of at least 2 consecutive nights at the same Participating Hotel. The guest shall request the Offer at the time of reservation.
• Offer is eligible for Club Carlson Gold Points® accumulation.
• The Best Available Rate is a specific rate type for each Participating Hotel that may vary for each Participating Hotel, is unrestricted and excludes any discounted or negotiated rates not available to the general public.
• Room rate does not include breakfast unless otherwise stated.
• Participating Hotels are subject to change without notice and the number of rooms available for this Offer at each Participating Hotel may be limited.
• Best Available Rate discount under the Offer only applies to the room rate and not to any incidental charges (such as taxes, service charges, room service, phone bill) accrued during the stay.
