You decide which value needs to be loaded on the gift card: 20, 50, 75 or 100 GBP or 20, 50, 75, 100 or 150 EUR. The value of the card is printed on the gift card itself.

The cards are packed in bundles of 25 pieces and sent to you so that you can distribute the gift cards yourself.

How to use the Corporate Gift Card?

The receiver of the corporate gift card can use the gift card in more than 250 Radisson Blu, Park Inn by Radisson and Missoni hotels across 34 participating countries*. The gift card can be used to pay towards accommodation, restaurants or other services such as spa treatments.

The Gift Card Value

- What is the minimum and maximum value of the gift card?
The minimum value is 20 EUR/20 GBP and the maximum value is 150 EUR/100 GBP.

- Can I choose the value of the gift card?
You need to choose from a fixed denomination (20, 50, 75, 100, 150 EUR or 20, 50, 75, 100 GBP).

- Can I choose the currency on the card?
The gift card is available in EUR or GBP. The gift card can be used in participating countries, whatever the currency of the country.

Purchase the Gift Card

- Where can I purchase the gift card?
Please contact our Global Sales Offices. They will provide you with your online account details that allow you to place an order online. Alternatively, they can place the order for you.

- Will the gift recipient know how much was loaded on the gift card?
Yes, the value of the gift card is printed on the card.

- When is the gift card activated?
Once you have safely received the gift cards, please call the Global Sales Offices (contact details are listed at the top of this page) to activate the cards. As soon as the gift cards are activated they can be used. For security reasons the cards will only be activated once you have contacted the Global Sales Office after you have received the gift cards.

- How many cards can I purchase?
The corporate gift cards come in bundles of 25 pieces. You can purchase minimum one bundle of 25 gift cards in one order and there is no limit. The gift cards will be shipped in bulk to the given address. You can buy gift cards with different values, as long as you buy minimum 1 bundle of 25 gift cards per value.

- How do I settle the payment?
You can settle the payment by credit card or by bank transfer on receipt of invoice. We do not accept cash.

- I want to cancel my purchase. Is this possible?
Yes, it is possible to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after the purchase, as long as the cards have not been used. You will need to contact the Gift Card Support Centre within the 14 days. We will block the gift cards in the system and a refund will be given.
