The J.D. Power and Associates European Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study℠ is now in its fifth year and examines the overall satisfaction of European hotel guests based on seven measures (in order of importance): costs & fees, guest room, hotel facilities, food & beverage, check-in / check-out, hotel services and reservation. 42 brands were measured and ranked in four segments: upper upscale, upscale, mid-scale full service, and economy. The 2009 study is based on responses from more than 13,000 guests who stayed at a hotel in Europe between May 2009 and September 2009.
